Refund Policy


Our exchange policy lasts for seven days after the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange if seven days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only offer exchanges, no refunds. Once your exchange request is approved, we will email you to confirm that we have received your item and will proceed with the exchange.

Kindly note that we have limited merchandise and may have different items available for exchange. In such cases, we will offer you a similar item. If you need to exchange your item, please email within seven days of your purchase date with your order number and the item you wish to trade.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item to us and receiving the exchanged item from us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
